ELIGIBILITY: The LAY’S Do Us A Flavor Tastes of America Contest is open only to legal residents of any of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older.

TIMING: The LAY’S Do Us A Flavor Tastes of America Contest ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 18.

PRIZES: Finalist Prizes (3): Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer, payable to winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50,000 each.

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner shall be entitled to receive the greater of:

• One percent (1%) of the Net Sales of the Grand Prize Winner’s Finalist Flavor for the period July 15, 2015, through July 15, 2016

OR

• One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). ARV: $1,000,000

Total guaranteed ARV of all prizes is $1,150,000.00.
