Degree GRAMMY’s All-Access Pass Sweepstakes
Eligibility: Degree GRAMMY’s All-Access Pass is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever, Walton Isaacson LLC, ePrize, Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each
such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant¡s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor¡s and Administrator¡¦s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on January 6, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 7, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit degreedeodorant.com/grammys and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You may also upload a photo of you expressing your Do:More spirit (¡§Photo¡¨). Uploading a Photo does not increase your chances of winning and is not required to enter or to be eligible to win. Your Photo may be used onstage as the backdrop of Ciara¡s performance at the Official GRAMMY CelebrationR After Party. By uploading a Photo, you agree that your Photo conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the ¡§Guidelines and Restrictions¡¨) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may choose not to use your Photo if it believes that your Photo fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to the 2015 Grammy Awards. Trip package includes roundtrip coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; Two (2) nights’ accommodations at The Beverly Hilton (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the 2015 Grammy AwardsR (including passes to rehearsals and after party;
seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and round-trip ground transportation. Winner must travel on dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion surrounding the 2015 Grammy AwardsR or prize will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible if the 2015 Grammy AwardsR are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in
Sponsor¡¦s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value: $4,000.

Trip packages includes roundtrip coach class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Miami, FL; two (2) nights accommodations at Canyon Ranch Miami (single room, double occupancy); and ground transportation between hotel and airport. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. ARV: $3,395.
ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: One (1) night of limousine service (four (4) hours) and a $500 Visa gift card that can be used toward dinner and drinks. ARV: $2,000.
