ELIGIBILITY: In order to participate in the Babies“R”Us Happy Places Sweepstakes, you must be a resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) who is 18 years of age or older.

TIMING: Babies“R”Us Happy Places Sweepstakes ends on June 30 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit babiesrus.com/happyplacessweeps. At the Website, you will be required to provide your first and last name, age and email address to register for the Sweepstakes drawing. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person or email address over the course of the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: A one (1)-hour design consultation with Project Nursery and a $500 Babies“R”Us Gift Card. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $1,000.

One (1) First Prize: A one (1)-year supply of Gerber baby food which will be awarded in the form of twelve (12) Gerber Food coupons.

Approximate retail value of the First Prize is $1,500.

One (1) Second Prize: A one (1)-year supply of Huggies diapers which will be awarded in the form of twelve (12) Huggies coupons. Approximate retail value of the Second Prize is $600.

Approximate retail value of all available prizes is $3,100.
