How to Play:

Go to www.rolluptherimtowin.com or m.rolluptherimtowin.com (the “Website”) on your mobile device and click on the link to enter the RRRoll Up Roulette Online Contest. Supply your name, complete address, time zone, telephone number (including area code) and e-mail address (supplying your date of birth and salutation are optional) in accordance with the website directions and you will be registered to participate.

Each Day of the Regular Contest Period you will be eligible to play up to two spins; one (1) regular spin (“Regular Spin”) and one (1) 50th Anniversary Bonus spin (“50th Anniversary Bonus Spin” or “Bonus Spin”), each for the chance to be eligible to win an Instant Win Prize. For greater certainty, each player is awarded one (1) Bonus Spin with each Regular Spin.

Prizes are awarded online based on randomly seeded times during the Contest Period (see below for details). Points and Badges may also be earned with each Regular Spin (or Points may be earned by submitting an eligible Points Request, see below for details), however Points and Badges will not be awarded pursuant to a Bonus Spin. Entrants who earn 1,000 or more Points or 2,000 or more Points by the end of the Regular Contest Period will be entitled to one or two VIP spins (“VIP Spins”), respectively (see below for details). You can also obtain up to two (2) VIP Spins without playing Regular Spins by submitting up to two (2) eligible Points Requests, see below for details.

If a Regular Spin or Bonus Spin is not played by 11:59:59 p.m. (EST/EDT) on the applicable calendar Day, the entrant forfeits the opportunity to play such Regular Spin or Bonus Spin (as applicable).

VIP Spins can only be played during the VIP Contest Period. See below for further details.

Eligibility:

The Contest is limited to all residents of Canada and the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, Arizona, Hawaii, Florida, Alaska and Puerto Rico). Void in excluded states and where prohibited by law. To be eligible to claim a prize, claimant must be of age of majority within their jurisdiction of residence (for US residents: 19 in AL and NE and 18 in all other states/for Canadian residents: 19 in BC, NB, NL, NT, NS, NU and YT and 18 in all other provinces). To be eligible to play, entrants must be 13 years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest Period. If an entrant is 13 years or older but less than the age of majority in his/her province, territory or state of residence, then such entrant shall be considered an eligible minor (“Eligible Minor”). If you are an Eligible Minor, if determined a winner, your parent or legal guardian must agree, on his/her own behalf and on your behalf, that each of you will be bound by these Contest Rules.

Contest Period:

The “Regular Contest Period” start is February 17 and ends on March 16. The Regular Contest Period consists of twenty-eight (28) days. During the Regular Contest Period, each day will commence at 12:00:00 a.m. (EST/EDT) and close the same date at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST/EDT) (“Day”). March 19, 2014 (EST/EDT) is the “VIP Extra Day of Play”. The “VIP Contest Period” commences at 4:00:00 a.m. on March 19, 2014(EST/EDT) and closes the same date at 9:59:59 p.m. (EST/EDT). Collectively, the Regular Contest Period and the VIP Contest Period constitute the “Contest Period”.

Prizes Available:

The currency of all Tim Card prizes will be based on the winner’s country of residence. Residence shall be based on where the prize claimant normally resides as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

(A) “Instant Win Prizes’: There are four kinds:

  1. $25.00 Tim Card: There are five hundred and sixty (560) $25.00 Tim Card prizes available, twenty (20) available per Day. A Tim Card prize consists of one (1) x $25.00 Tim Card. Tim Card prizes must be accepted as awarded in the form solely decided upon by Sponsor. No interest will be paid on any Tim Card prize. Tim Cards carry their own terms and conditions (see back of Tim Card). (ARV = $25 per prize based on currency of winner’s residence).
  2. Prestige Napoleon P500 Gourmet Grill: There are twenty-eight (28) Gourmet Grill prizes available, one (1) available per Day. (ARV $999 CAD/USD each before any applicable taxes and based on currency of winner’s residence). Some assembly of the grills is required and winners will be responsible for the assembly of their grill prize.
  3. ‘Free Coffee for a Year’: There are twenty-eight (28) free coffee for a year prizes available, one (1) available per Day. The Free Coffee for a Year consists of six (6) x one hundred dollar ($100.00) Tim Hortons Tim Cards (Total Value = $600.00) which allows each winner to purchase approximately one (1) Tim Hortons small (10 oz.) coffee (or equivalent value) each day for one (1) year. (ARV = $600 CAD ($600 USD) per Prize)
  4. 2014 Toyota Corolla Vehicle: There are two (2) Toyota Corolla Vehicle prizes available, that will be randomly seeded over the Regular Contest Period. (ARV = $26,000 per prize based on currency of winner’s residence).

(B) “VIP Prizes”: $25.00 Tim Card: There are one hundred and forty (140) $25 Tim Card VIP Prizes available that will be randomly seeded over the VIP Contest Period. Tim Card prizes must be accepted as awarded in the form solely decided upon by Sponsor. No interest will be paid on any Tim Card prize. Tim Cards carry their own terms and conditions (see back of Tim Card). (ARV=$25 per prize based on currency of winner’s residence)

(C) “VIP Grand Prize”: 2014 Toyota Corolla Vehicle: There is one (1) Toyota Corolla Vehicle prize available, which will be randomly seeded over the VIP Contest Period. (ARV = $26,000 per prize based on currency of winner’s residence).

LIMIT OF ONE (1) 2014 TOYOTA COROLLA VEHICLE PRIZE PER PERSON. For greater certainty, subject to this limit, you may be eligible to win more than one (1) Instant Win Prize and/or VIP Prize.

Total ARV of all prizes: $140,272 CAD/USD.

VIP Prizes and VIP Grand Prize: VIP Prizes and the VIP Grand Prize will be awarded online based on randomly selected times during the VIP Contest Period: 140 VIP Prizes and 1 VIP Grand Prize will be available to be won at the beginning of the VIP Contest Period. The number of VIP Prizes and the VIP Grand Prize available to be won will decrease throughout the VIP Contest Period as they are claimed. Only entrants who have reached certain Points levels may obtain VIP Spins (or who have received VIP Spins via the alternate method as set forth below), as follows: (i) entrants who earn 1000 to 1999 Points by the end of the Regular Contest Period (as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion) will be entitled to one (1) VIP Spin during the VIP Contest Period; and (ii) entrants who earn 2000 Points or more by the end of the Regular Contest Period will be entitled to two (2) VIP Spins during the VIP Contest Period (as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion). See below for details on how to earn Points.

Points and Badges:

Entrants can earn points (“Points”) by: (i) playing Regular Spins during the Regular Contest Period (as set forth below); or (ii) submitting an eligible Points Request (as set forth below). Badges (“Badges”) are awarded for playing Regular Spins during the Regular Contest Period (as set forth below).

Points For Playing Regular Spins: All times in this section are based on time zone of the applicable entrant (as provided upon registration) except in the case of the First Day Badge (see below) or as otherwise specified.

  1. There is one (1) 50th Anniversary Badge that is awarded for the very first time you play a Regular Spin. It is worth one hundred fifty (150) Points.
  2. An entrant will receive twenty (20) Points for each day in which they play a Regular Spin.
  3. There are five (5) frequency badges (“Frequency Badges”). Frequency Badges are awarded as follows: play 5 Regular Spins to get a Frequency Badge 1 worth 85 Points, play 10 Regular Spins to get a Frequency Badge 2 worth 200 Points, play 15 Regular Spins to get a Frequency Badge 3 worth 275 Points, play 20 Regular Spins to get a Frequency Badge 4 worth 350 Points, and play 25 Regular Spins to get a Frequency Badge 5 worth 500 Points. Frequency Badges and Points are cumulative.
  4. There are also seven (7) time of day Badges available Monday to Friday during the Regular Contest Period (the “Weekday Time of Day Badges”). Entrants can earn one (1) Weekday Time of Day Badge per day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays during the Regular Contest Period). Weekday Time of Day Badges are as follows: Weekday Time of Day Badge 1 is awarded for playing a Regular Spin between 7:00:00 a.m. and 11:59:59 a.m., and is worth seventy (70) Points, Weekday Time of Day Badge 2 is awarded for playing a Regular Spin between 12:00:00 p.m. and 12:59:59 p.m. and is worth seventy (70) Points, Weekday Time of Day Badge 3 is awarded for playing a Regular Spin between 1:00:00 p.m. and 4:59:59 p.m. and is worth seventy (70) Points, Weekday Time of Day Badge 4 is awarded for playing a Regular Spin between 5:00:00 p.m. and 7:59:59 p.m. and is worth seventy (70) Points, Weekday Time of Day Badge 5 is awarded for playing a Regular Spin between 8:00:00 p.m. and 10:59:59 p.m. and is worth seventy-five (75) Points, Weekday Time of Day Badge 6 is awarded for playing a Regular Spin between 11:00:00 p.m. and 3:59:59 a.m. and is worth one hundred and fifty (150) Points, Weekday Time of Day Badge 7 is awarded for playing a Regular Spin between 4:00:00 a.m. and 6:59:59 a.m. and is worth one hundred and fifty (150) Points. Entrants can only earn one (1) of the seven (7) Weekday Time of Day Badges each day (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
  5. There is also one (1) weekend badge (the “Weekend Badge”) that is awarded for playing a Regular Spin any time on a Saturday or Sunday only during the Regular Contest Period and is worth one hundred and fifty (150) Points. Entrants can only earn one (1) Weekend Badge during the Regular Contest Period.
  6. There is also one (1) time of day badge available on February 17, 2014 worth one hundred and fifty (150) Points for those entrants who play a Regular Spin during the first Day of the Regular Contest Period (the “First Day Badge”). This Badge shall be available for one (1) Day only and is available from 12:00:00 EST/EDT to 11:59:59 (EST/EDT) only.

As provided above, an entrant may only play one (1) Regular Spin and one (1) Bonus Spin per Day. Entrants may log in multiple times to check how many Points, if any, they have accumulated to date.
