TIMING: Overstock.com’s Holiday Style Sweepstakes ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on December 16.

PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner shall win the following: one (1) $5,000 Overstock.com Gift Card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $5,000.
