ELIGIBILITY:  The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. Employees of Latina Media Ventures, LLC (“Sponsor”) and their respective affiliates, advertising, public relations, promotion agencies, accounting or legal firms, and members of the immediate family members (parent, spouse, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of such persons, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to participate or win the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER: Between 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 23, 2013 and 11:59 p.m. ET on January 23, (the “Entry Period”), visit Latina.com/nokia and follow the directions to complete and submit the online entry form. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on January 23, to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per day. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address after the first entry received from that person or email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

PRIZE: The Sponsor will award one (1) winner one (1) Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet. Each unit retails for $499.99. TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE FOR ALL PRIZES: $499.99.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the Sponsor during the Entry Period.
