PROMOTION ENTRY PERIOD: Promotion begins at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST) ON 3/4 and ends at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on 5/6.

ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 or older at time of entry and who meet the eligibility requirements detailed in this section.

ENTRY METHOD: Visit a participating store where Hot Wheels products are sold during the Entry Period to purchase one or more specially marked boxes of Hot Wheelsbrand products participating in this Promotion (“Products”). Each Product will consist of a code (“Code”). You must open the Product to reveal its Code. You may also obtain a free Code online at hotwheels.com/wintrack by following the onscreen instructions.

INSTANT-WIN GAME: The Hot Wheels Dare to Connect: Ultimate Track Challenge Instant-Win Game Pieces (“Game Piece”) with a Code can be found in the specially marked boxes of Hot Wheelsbrand products. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY THE GAME OR WIN A PRIZE. To obtain a free Code without purchasing and for Official Rules, non-purchasers must go to hotwheels.com/wintrack and follow all online instructions to obtain a free Code.

TO PLAY INSTANT-WIN GAME: Visit hotwheels.com/wintrack and follow all onscreen instructions, including providing your Code when prompted to do so. To play the game, enter your unique Code. After your Code has been entered, some type of animation will appear informing you if you are a winner. If you receive a potential winning message, your confirmation as a winner is subject to verification and meeting of eligibility requirements. If you are a winner of a prize, the screen will advise you that you have won a prize and an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Limit: one (1) play per email address per day. Winners in the Instant-Win Game are determined as follows: The number of random, computer-generated winning times equaling the total number of prizes offered as specified below will be created and distributed throughout the Entry Period. Entrants who are the first to play the Game at or after one of the randomly generated times will be notified on-screen that they are a potential winner of the prize.

• 800 Second Prize Instant Winners will receive: one (1) Track Item (including a basic car in pack) (ARV: $25.00 each) Total: $20,000
• 1,500 Third Prize Instant Winners will receive: one (1) Stunt Item; one (1) Track Essentials Item, and one (1) Basic Car (ARV: $21.00 each). Total: $31,500

Odds of winning an Instant-Win Prize depend upon the date and time of each play and the number of entrants participating. Limit: An individual can win a maximum of 65 instant-win prizes via valid codes throughout the entire Promotion. Unclaimed Instant-Win Prizes will not be awarded.

GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES: Everyone who plays the Instant-Win Game with a valid Code will be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes random drawing for a chance to win the Grand Prize.The Grand Prize winner will receive a room makeover featuring a Hot Wheelstheme for a value not to exceed $5,500 by a Hot Wheelsdesigner (“Designer”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,500.00.
