Prizes: There is one (1) Grand Prize available. The Grand Prize winner will receive the following: One (1) official “KFC Couchgating” couch and a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to visit the NFL on FOX set in Los Angeles, CA (“Set Visit”). Travel is tentatively scheduled for December 27, 2013 thru December 30, 2013 (the “Trip”). Grand Prize includes: (a.) round-trip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA; (b.) hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (one (1) room, double occupancy); (c.) Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) spending money; (d.) local ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and hotel/set; and (e.) a thirty (30) minute Set Visit.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4500.00).
