ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, MMGY Global, Sweepstakes prize suppliers, and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, franchisees, distributors, dealers, sales representatives, their advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to participate. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The Summer Sunset Sweepstakes ends June 30 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

LIMIT: One (1) entry per person per calendar day over the Sweepstakes Period. Limit: One (1) weekly prize per person or household.

PRIZES: Only the prizes listed below will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

Weekly Prize: There will be (9) drawings with the first such drawing to be conducted on 5/2 and the last to be conducted on 6/27.

One (1) Summer Saver Kit: Prize will include a T-shirt, Water Bottle and Frisbee. Approximate retail value of each Kit $15.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Package Includes:
