Sweepstakes Timing: This Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 11/15/13 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 3/31/14 (“Promotion Entry Period”).
Eligibility Requirements: The Promotion is open solely to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
How to enter: To enter this Promotion, a potential participant must visit agenda.complex.com/nissanjukehub (the “Site”) and follow all entry instructions set forth at the Site for completion (a “Sweepstakes Action”). Entries must be received (regardless of the actual date on which electronically submitted) by Sponsor between 12:00:01 AM (ET) on 11/15/13 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 3/31/14.
Each participant in this Promotion shall be subject to all notices posted on the Site, including but not limited to the privacy policy set forth thereon. Participants expressly are limited to a maximum of one (1) entry per person or e-mail address for each calendar day during the Promotion Entry Period. Any participant who attempts to enter greater than one entry into the Promotion on any given day of the Promotion Entry Period will have all of his/her Promotion entries (whether submitted on that day or on any other day) disqualified from consideration for the “Grand Prize” (as defined in the immediately succeeding paragraph below) or other prize hereunder. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity as to the identity/name of the person who may have submitted a particular on-line entry in this Promotion, an entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time such entry is submitted. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to a particular e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries into this Promotion become Sponsor’s exclusive property and will be neither acknowledged nor returned.
Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
A trip for two (2) to one of the cities featured in Nissan Juke’s “Driven Series” – Denver, CO, Dallas, TX, New York City, NY, Los Angeles, CA, or San Francisco, CA. One of the cities will be randomly selected by Sponsor.
Two (2) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the major airport nearest winner’s hometown to an airport located in selected destination. If the winner lives within One Hundred (100) miles of the destination, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, Sponsor may substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation; Two (2) night’s hotel accommodation (standard, one room, double occupancy) in or around the destination; plus $1,000 for spending with a total Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00).
Approximate combined retail value of all Prizes may vary depending on travel itinerary and costs of air transportation at time of award. The ARV of the Prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the Prizes turns out to be less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash.
